1)  The Early Pregnancy class

Congratulations! You’ve just found out you are expecting. 

For some women, the first few months of pregnancy can be physically exhausting and debilitating. For others, it is a glowing time of excitement and joy. How ready are you for parenthood? How can you best cope with all the demands that pregnancy is making on your body? What is a good eating plan to follow? How is the baby developing? How do you find the right doctor? 2)  Birth Plan Consultation  

Need a birth plan but don’t know how to write one or where to start? Want to clarify your options for your birth? Let BirthRight help you think through and conceptualise a birth plan tailored to meet your birthing needs.

A birth plan helps you crystallize the sort of birth you want to have. It is a roadmap for your caregivers on your birth preferences. Writing a birth plan is a good way of thinking through your birth wishes and options. For women who may not know how to go about this, BirthRight can help walk you through the various birth scenarios, hospital procedures and interventions that you may be faced with.

Cost: $200

Includes:  

  • Two hours consultation in your home

  • Telephone or email consultation to further help you tweak your birth plan

3)  Private Prenatal Classes

Can’t find the right time to come for class? Want to focus only on selected issues in labour, birth, breastfeeding or parenting? Let BirthRight come to you instead!

BirthRight can tailor a private session to fit your needs in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Sessions may cover early pregnancy issues, labour and birth, or breastfeeding, or early parenting. You decide the issues that you would like to discuss. No two private prenatal classes are ever the same.

Cost:
-$240 per 3-hour block (Tues to Thurs only at the MIM Loft at Jalan Pemimpin)
-$280 per 3-hour block (weekends at your home

Includes:  

  • Email or phone consultation prior to the class to determine your needs and set the class agenda

  • A three-hour session in your own home for you and your partner

  • Notes and handouts

  • Email and phone support after the class
